Aviana Resort

Aviana Resort is a luxury villa resort located minutes from Walt Disney World.  Every villa has its own private swimming pool. Say Goodbye to reservations and Hello to gracious vacation living in your own vacation villa home at Aviana Resort, a 46 acre tropical paradise in the heart of Central Florida.  Located near theme parks, shopping centers, restaurants and golf courses, you can have it all, still go home, and put your feet up at the end of the day.  In an oasis of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers, Aviana Resort offers a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting attractions.  The resort facilities are open from 10am ~ 6pm on weekdays and 9am ~ 5pm on weekends.  The facilities include a swimming pool (not heated) with a 0 entry up to a depth of 3 ft, and is ideal for those with younger children.  There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi which is heated – both are open from dawn to dusk with lots of loungers, chairs and tables on the pool deck, which includes a covered lanai with tables, comfy chairs and sofas.  There is also a beach volleyball court, putting green and a kid’s playground.  Inside the clubhouse you will find a lounge, computer room with free access and free printing, a card room with TV and a gym which can be used 24 hours a day once a pass card has been issued at the main clubhouse.  Note, there are also plans to have a game room and sundry shop at some stage in the future.

Aviana Resort sits on US 17-92, just one block from the intersection of Ronald Reagan Parkway (Hwy 54) and just 15 ~ 20 minutes from Walt Disney World.  This gated enclave of beautiful tile-roofed vacation villas features large, amenity rich homes with something for everyone.  Surrounded with natural wetlands and sparkling lakes, Aviana has an unmatched natural feel.  With its lush landscaping and neighborhood friendliness, you will want to spend as much time outdoors as you do indoors.
