The Shire @ West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4.  The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation.  Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies.  The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids playground, beach volleyball and gym.  Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away.  Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes drive.
