Owner Booking Tax - Terms & Conditions

I, the undersigned owner of the above property herby certify that the following rental income was received. I am requesting that the sales & tourist taxes due on these rentals be remitted on my behalf to the taxing authorities subject to the terms described below. I understand that taxes must be paid when the rental income is collected NOT when the guest occupies the home.

I hereby authorize IPG Professional Management, Inc. and/or it's agent(s) to remit the Florida State Sales tax and relevant County Tourist & Development tax noted above to the appropriate taxing authorities on my behalf. I understand that IPG and/or it's agent(s) must receive the request by the 5th of the month following the month these taxes were collected for the taxes on my owner booking(s) to be timely filed and paid. (If my form is received after the 5th of the month, the taxes will be paid on the next month's tax returns and I will be responsible for any penalties and interest incurred due to late filing.) I also understand that IPG Professional Management, Inc. will file returns for my owner booking(s) as a courtesy and is not required to do so. IPG will not remit taxes for my owner booking(s) if the funds are not available in my ledger account to cover the taxes due. I will not hold IPG Professional Management, Inc. responsible for penalties and interest of any kind due to late filings on my account relating to my owner booking(s). Payment for owner bookings taxes will appear on my monthly management statement(s). Terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change at any time without notice.
