The Towns Legacy

“The Towns” is a private town home community of 2-storey townhouses located within The Villages of Legacy Park. Once you stay here, you will want to return every time you vacation in the area.

The community has an outdoor swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft ~ 6ft) with a Jacuzzi – both are handicap accessible as are the toilet facilities provided there. The community pool deck has a spacious covered lanai with ceiling fans while the large deck has tables, chairs and loungers to help you relax and work on your tan.

Located on Hwy 27 just 1.5 miles south of Hwy 192, “The Towns” is ideally placed for guests wanting to enjoy the facilities within the community whilst having easy access to the area attractions including all the theme parks, many fine golf courses such as those found at Reunion, Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve – all within a 10 minute drive and the numerous shopping outlets and restaurants. If you fancy a more relaxing day, why not visit the beaches on the west or east coasts, either of which can be reached in an hour or so.
