Property Description

How does 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room, a private pool, and over 2,300 square feet of space sound to you? Thinking this might be a good fit? Read on. The exterior of the house is sharp, and well-manicured. As you enter the villa, you’ll notice the vaulted ceilings, which make all communal rooms appear large and airy. The first room you’ll notice is the living room. It has a very large, curved sectional sofa, which will seat eight or more people. It also has a large flat screen TV centered between two built-in bookshelves. This is the room that you’ll want to come to when you want to relax with a movie or book on the comfortable sofa after a long day out at the park. Behind the living room is the kitchen. It is large, open, and comes fully-equipped with all the utensils and equipment you could need to cook a meal. It also has plenty of countertop space, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for up to three. Need more room? There’s a breakfast nook just off to the side of the kitchen, and large formal dining suite with seating for up to 6 in the room next to the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom number 1, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three both have a queen-size bed. Bedroom four is ideal for the younger members of the family since it has two single beds. Don’t worry, all bedrooms come with their own TV, so no one should be fighting over the living room TV remote. I left the best for last: the pool and games room. The games room is in the converted garage, and it has a pool table and an air hockey table. The screened in pool area plays host to a variety of things to do. You can swim in the private pool, take a dip in the spa, catch some sun on the sun loungers, or, if you don’t want any more sun, you can retreat to the covered lanai where you can sit down and relax.

The Highlands Reserve community is an ideal choice for your Orlando vacation rental home. This prestigious community is situated on US Highway 27 ideally located just off Highway 192 for easy access to all the major attractions. A Publix supermarket is conveniently found right next to Highlands Reserve and can even be reached without venturing onto Highway 27.
Highlands Reserve is a peaceful location set among beautiful pine trees and rolling countryside. Many homes back on to an 18-hole golf course or have conservation views in this sought-after community. In addition to the obvious benefits of a superb championship golf course, the community also boasts its own clubhouse with restaurant, children’s playground, and a tennis court and community pool.
