POOL AREA

The south facing pool area with extended deck offers the ideal location for all day sun and is the perfect spot to chillax after a busy day golfing or visiting the nearby theme parks. With no properties behind, you are ensured privacy and peace whilst enjoying the sun. The extended deck offers plenty of space and the table, chairs, sun loungers and a large selection of pool toys ensure there is something for everyone.
The pool heating is optional and recommended between October and April

LIVING AREA

The living area is equipped with two large comfy sofas positioned around a large 3D Smart LED TV. Apart from watching a large selection of Movie, Sport, News, Kids and Music channels the Smart TV also allows you to connect to the internet to access all your social network sites, research the local area, buy tickets for theme parks and other attractions during your stay. The TV has multiple USB ports allowing you to instantly connect your cameras and video cameras to view, or upload that days photo's and video's to FaceBook etc. Connected to the TV are a 3D Blue Ray DVD player, XBox 360, Sony PS3 and a Wii games consoles offering the perfect entertainment solution for all guests. A Surround Sound System adds to your TV viewing experience and also allows you to connect your phone, tablet etc through bluetooth so you can stream your own music or choice of online radio.

GAMES ROOM

The recently updated games room includes a pool table, table tennis and an air hockey table offering the perfect evening hang out for younger guests.

MASTER BEDROOM 1

Master Bedroom 1 has recently been updated with a king size bed which is complimented with a plenty of storage space that includes a walk in wardrobe, large sideboard and bedside cabinets.

En suite bathroom includes a large walk in shower, wash basin, and WC with fresh soap and toilet roll for each guest and a professional hairdryer means you can leave yours at home and save valuable space in your luggage.

A flatscreen TV gives you viewing of all the channels available on the cable TV box in the living room and an electronic safe gives you a secure place to store your valuables such as passports, travellers cheques etc.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

Master Bedroom 2 has recently been updated with a queen size bed which is complimented with a plenty of storage space that includes a large fitted wardrobe, sideboard and bedside cabinets.

En suite bathroom includes a bath/shower, wash basin, and WC with fresh soap and toilet roll for each guest and a second professional hairdryer means you don't have to share a single hairdryer while getting ready for a big night out.

TWIN BEDROOMS 3 & 4

Twin bedrooms 3&4 are both equipped with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a TV. In the wardrobes there is a selection of equipment for babies including a cot, highchair and car seat.

SHARED BATHROOM

The third bathroom includes a bath/shower, wash basin, and WC with fresh soap and toilet roll for each guest. A large storage cupboard houses extra towels etc.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped including waste disposal, an electric stove and hob, microwave oven, american fridge freezer (with ice making), kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender etc

DINING AREAS

Two dining areas include a formal dining area with seating for six people and an informal dining area with seating for 4 people. There are also two bar stools for eating at the kitchen counter.

LAUNDRY AREA

In the corner of the garage there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use.

Our central location allows for quick access to all the theme parks Orlando and the surrounding areas have to offer. Disney Theme Parks are 20 minutes away, 15 Minutes to the brand new Lego Land at Cypress Gardens, 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, 45 minutes to Tampa, and 45-60 minutes to arrive at either coast.

Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
