The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and a breakfast nook with seating for up to 4 – perfect for a quick breakfast before a day out. Alternatively, if you need more seating, there’s a formal dining room, which has seating for up to 6. Like to compete? If so, then you’ll love the games room. It comes complete with a pool table, and a foosball table. You’ll be sure to spend hours in this room playing. Step outside at the back, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool. Here, there are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a covered lanai for those who want to get out of the sun for a bit, and the all-important pool, which is perfect for taking a dip in after a long day out in the Florida heat. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.
