This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property sleeps up to 10 people and is in the premier golf community of Highlands Reserve. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliance/kitchen gadgets that you would need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. It also has plenty of counter space to prepare meals. There is a formal living room at the front and an informal living room at the back of the house. Both are great places to sit down and socialize. When it’s time to eat, there’s a formal dining room, which will seat up to 4 people. Feeling a little more casual? There is a kitchen dining area, which seats 6.
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV. There is also a communal bathroom just off the hallway. This home comes complete with a screened-in, south-facing, heatable private pool, which backs on to the 18-hole, 72-par golf course.

Community Description


Highlands reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens. When you book one of the homes to stay in on vacation you get discounts for playing the golf course.
