Calling all large families and groups! This could be the vacation villa you’ve been looking for. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Windsor Hills community, this large, two-story vacation villa boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sleeps up to fourteen people!
This home has two large living areas. The large, modern conversation room is the perfect place to sit down and have a quiet conversation, and the living room is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and watch some TV after a long day at the park. Enjoy cooking? You’ll love the kitchen! It has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need to make a great meal. There are also three areas to dine in: the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, and formal dining room. Get bored easily? You won’t have to worry about that here. In total, there are 8 flat screen TVs of varying sizes, a DVD player, a PS3 player, and an Xbox. What’s more, there’s a large, spacious games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table, dart board, air hockey table, and a foosball table. Wait, there’s even more! You can relax outdoors on the pool’s deck and enjoy the privacy of your own swimming pool and Jacuzzi. If the weather gets a little too hot, simply head under the covered lanai. The pool deck is fully furnished for your comfort with a deck table, sun loungers, and chairs.
Now, let’s talk about the six bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms all have two single beds in each.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
NOTE: Per Homeowner Association rules, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license or military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). A maximum of three cars per reservation are allow, and all drivers must be provided..
Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $25 per day plus taxes for our electric pool heaters. Please be advised that the pool heating will take anywhere between 24-48 hours to warm up to the set temperature.

For those who are more interested in keeping active, there are well-lit basketball and tennis courts, sandy volleyball courts, and a chipping and putting green. If you prefer working out indoors, Windsor Hill’s spacious and modern fitness room is perfect. Kids will have even more fun in the adventure playground where they can run about freely and allow their imaginations to run wild. Enjoy some pampering at the huge clubhouse that looks over the well-maintained and heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The sundry shop is open daily from 8am-10.30pm for all your needs. For your convenience, there is a Windsor Hills shuttle bus that will take you to some of Orlando’s most famous golf courses like the famous Mystic Dunes Golf Course. If you have an RV or boat, it is not a problem as there is also extra parking available for all guests. Shuttle services are available daily from the clubhouse for the Disney Parks, SeaWorld and Universal studios.

We were very pleased with the property and hope to return in the near future. We are not complainers at all but to better serve those folks that do, we found a few things that you may want to review. We did not realize what the trash bin would look like and once we found it, it was full of trash. We actually took our trash to the dumpster near the condos just passed the clubhouse. A towel rod in the downstairs bathroom was broken prior to our arrival. The light in the hot tub was out. There appeared to be a broken sprinkler pipe in the back yard outside of the screen but near the intersection of the hot tub and pool. We located a cell phone in the leather couch and a pair of earrings as we were checking the house at departure. These items were not ours and left on the buffet. The only discouraging issue was the hot tub not staying hot. It appear to only heat up when the timer was turned on for bubbles. We had to wait for the tub to warm up 30 to 60 minutes before getting in. Again, these issues would not keep us from returning or recommending your property. Stephanie Cannon was excellent to work with during the reservations and request. We did not deal with any other staff, except security. Thanks for your attention and we look forward to returning,
