The formal dining area seats 6, with an additional breakfast table in the kitchen bay window space, set for 4 for the early risers. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and comes with stainless-steel appliances. The pool and spa is accessible through the lounge patio doors, which lead you onto the pool deck area. Here you can take a dip, sit under the covered lanai, or catch some sun on the sun loungers around the pool. The utility room has a washer and drier for all your laundry needs. Please note that there is an alarm system, so please observe the owners wishes and protect their home as if it was your own by setting the alarm whenever you leave the property.

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation.
