Your family and friends will feel “on top of the world” residing here for vacation in this prestigious penthouse that crowns the pinnacle of the Majestic Sun. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece that resembles a massive man-made sandcastle with a soaring arch goes right through the middle of the interconnected towers. Underneath the giant arch is an indoor swimming pool with a cathedral ceiling and an entire wall of glass that looks out upon the gorgeous gulf. Here you will want to swim on out to the exterior pool since it is connected with the one indoors. This outdoor pool has views of the emerald toned waters of the gulf and the 2,000 linear feet of sugar white sand beach beside it. Enjoy these views while soaking up the sun on the expansive patio area that surrounds the pool or sooth your cares away in one of the two bubbling hot tub. A Fitness Center on site also has a wall of windows looking out across the gulf.

Majestic Sun Deluxe 1202B is a spacious 2,300 square foot penthouse that looks down upon this gorgeous scenery from the top of the building. The breezy balcony extends across the entire width of this luxurious residence offering 400 linear feet of leisurely lounging. This may be readily accessed from the main living area, dining area, and the Master Bedroom Suite. A wide hallway with a formal multiple tray ceiling gracefully leads into this unit which incorporates upscale furnishings with subtle laid back comfort. Sets of glass doors off the living and dining areas offer an ever present view of the sparkling gulf. Another contemporarily styled tray ceiling frames this room from above. The dining table next to one of the sets of glass doors easily seats six around the long rectangular hardwood table. This place is great for entertaining since four more may be accommodated in raised seats next to the long counter bar. The modern kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances with everything you need for creating a fun family feast.

All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and each one has a charming sleigh styled bed with a king sized version in the Master Bedroom. This suite also has the balcony access and a private luxurious bathroom that includes double vanities, a garden tub as well as a separate glassed in shower. Besides the three bedrooms there is also a Bunk Room with twin bed nestled off the main hallway.

This remarkable locale is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, friendly bars, discount shopping at Silver Sands as well as family fun at The Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.
