A fountain and trellis greet you at the clubhouse directly ahead of the property entrance. Mature trees offer shade and the community is bordered by conservation land and quiet pasture. Brick arches and columns grace the building entries. The deluxe condos of Villas at Laguna Bay provide all the comforts and conveniences of home. The units have well-equipped kitchens for guests who prefer to do their own cooking or have snacks on hand. Stoves and microwaves, full-size refrigerators and even dishwashers are in each unit, along with small appliances, such as toasters and coffee makers. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, glassware and pots and pans. All linens are provided and, with a washer and dryer, there are always enough dry towels. This resort offers a pools and spa, along with a workout room. In the clubhouse, there is a gathering room to socialize and a meeting room with table and chairs, great for board games or to play cards.
