This pleasant 4 bedroom / 2 bath villa is located within the community of Florida Pines in Davenport FL. This home can sleep up to a maximum of 8 guests comfortably. As you enter the home, you are welcomed by a comfortable seating area. You will also have an entrance off to the right handside that connects to the kitchen. The kitchen has a table and chairs that sits 4 guests along with additional seating at the bar and another dining room table in the dining area that sits 6. The kitchen offers ample storage space and is fully equipped with everything you will need throughout your stay such as a full size stove, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery. Looking out to the main living room, you will notice large comfy sofas facing a flat screen TV with multi channel cable and DVD player for guest enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi internet and free calls within the US and Canada are also provided. Through the living room's sliding doors, you will reach the home's pool deck with a view of plush green grass and a relaxing pool to relax in after a long day at the parks.

This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. We want all of our guests to have a great time, but please be advised that under no circumstances do we allow parties or events to take place in this home.

The home's master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a sliding door that leads out to the pool deck. The master is an ensuite that offers a double sink and shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a blissful blue room with a comfortable queen bed. The third and fourth bedroom both uniquely designed offer two twins in each room. There is a second bathroom which is a shared bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination.

From the kitchen, there is a door that leads out to the home's garage where you will find the game room. On your way to the games room, you will find the home's laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. The home's game room has a foosball table, pool table and darts board for guests entertainment as well as some comfortable seating to cheer from the sidelines.
