Looking for a vacation villa that has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool with golf course views, and sleeps up to 8 people? Check out this property. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and is at the front of the house. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which are great for the younger members of the family. This house is great for a large family with young children. The kitchen is galley-style and has modern appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to put together something tasty to eat. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. Here, you’ll find a rectangular wooden table with 6 seats around it. The living room is a decent size and has two large, comfortable light tan sofas for you to relax in, a large flat screen TV to enjoy watching movies on, vaulted ceilings (as do all communal areas of the house), and patio doors that lead to the pool area. The pool area is at the back of the house and is screened in to keep the bugs out. It also has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a large pool to cool off in, golf views, and a covered lanai with a patio table and four chairs underneath it.


Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
