This sixth-story vacation condominium has one bedroom, an area with built-in bunkbeds, two bathrooms, spectacular lake views, and is located less than one mile from Walt Disney World! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen gadgets/small appliance that you would need to put together a tasty home-cooked meal. There is also a breakfast bar, with three highchairs. If you want somewhere to eat that’s a little bit more formal, there’s a formal dining area right next to the kitchen, Here, you’ll find a smart-looking dining room suite, with seating for up to 4 people. The living room is at the back of the condo and has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and large, glass patio doors that lead to the balcony and provide fabulous views of the lake! The balcony is small, but it has a table and a couple of chairs for you to sit down and enjoy the views whilst enjoying a drink.
There is one bedroom and a separate area with built-in bunkbeds. The bedroom, the master bedroom, has wood floors and a king-size bed. The bunkbeds consist of a twin-size bed over another twin-size bed, which are perfect for kids.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access and in-unit laundry facilities.


Community Description


This Resort is as close to Walt Disney World as you can get! It has two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and two fitness rooms. You can even rent jet skis, pontoon, or ski boats to ride on the beautiful Lake Bryan. Complimentary Shuttle services are available to the Disney Parks, SeaWorld, and Universal studios.

Blue Heron Beach Resort This Resort is as close to Disney World as you can get, with two swimming pools, one kiddies pool where the depth is 2ft or less and of course a large jacuzzi should you just want to rest those aching limbs from your daily activities. The Resort comes with a business center, two fitness centers and a games room and all located on the beautiful Lake Bryan, the views are simply amazing. Close by other amenities include miniature golf, the Falcon Fire and Disney golf courses and water sports are available through Lake Buena Vista watersports which is located just a few hundred yards from our entrance, you can even get a fishing permit and see what you catch. Shuttle services are available complimentary for the Disney Parks, SeaWorld and Universal studios, there are also other shuttles available for an additional cost that will take you to the Premium and millennia outlets DISNEY WORLD –Lessthan1mile UNIVERSAL STUDIOS – 7.1miles SEAWORLD -4.5miles GOLF COURSE – hawks landing golf course 1 mile DISNEY GOLF COURSES-2.6mile PREMIUM OUTLETS – 2.1 miles AIRPORT – 15.7 miles
