Welcome to The Royal Bay 3 bed 2 bath condo with its excellent spacious floor plan and outside private patio. The open plan floor space works well with the pastel color scheme, the living area has a nice flat screen TV with plenty of seating to go around. Dining table and breakfast bar are perfect for either the quick breakfast or the more formal dinner party, either way the Kitchen wont let you down, it has all the appliances you need and as we mentioned just outside you have your own private patio.

Royal Palm Bay
Located just of the 192 in Kissimmee the Royal Palm bay is packed full of fun activities, this 24 hour gated community has a community pool and hot tub, the clubhouse has a billiard table and offers video rentals (yes guys videos) there is playground for the tiny tots and a barbecue area with a tennis court, this is simply one you must try even if its for the video rental.
