It has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook any meal, and it has an island that doubles as a small breakfast nook that’ll seat up to 2 people. If you need somewhere bigger to eat at, go to the dining area. Here, you’ll find a pre-set table with seating for up to 6 people. It’s a great little place for everyone to enjoy a meal together. The living room is large and spacious. It has 2 large, comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy watching some TV on after a long day out at the park. Head outside via the glass patio door, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and patio seats under a covered lanai for those who just want to sit outside and enjoy the Florida weather with one of their favorite ice-cold beverages. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has 2 single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. Don’t worry, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
