Large group or family in need of a vacation home with 6 bedrooms (or somewhere that sleeps up to 12 people) and a private pool? If so, then look no further.
There are two seating areas/living rooms in this house. The main living room has plenty of comfortable seating, direct access to the pool area via glass patio doors, and a large flat screen TV for watching your favorite Disney movie on the night before heading out to the parks. The second seating area is in its own room, away from the noise of the main living room area. It has a couple of comfortable sofas and is the perfect place to socialize with others. The kitchen is a good size and comes with modern appliances and all the pots, pans, cutlery, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together the tastiest of home-cooked meals. And when it’s time to eat, you get to pick from three dining areas: the breakfast bar and a formal and informal dining area.
There are six bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite master bathroom, which has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen-sized bed in each. And the fifth and sixth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each, which are perfect for kids since one is princess-themed, and the other is superhero-themed.
Head through the glass patio doors, and you’ll step foot into the pool area. The pool is large and sparkling—perfect for cooling off in. There’s also a spa for relaxing in. If you want to work on your tan, there are some sunbeds around the pool. If you want to relax outside but out of the sun, there’s a large, covered lanai area with a large patio table and chairs. The pool area also provides beautiful views of grass and trees.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
Orange tree is a beautiful single-family mixed-use community that gets its name from the more than 1000 citrus trees which circle the community. The subdivision is ideally situated om HWY 27, with easy access to local stores and restaurants as well as the main highways that lead into the Orlando-area theme parks. There is a small lake, which is well-stocked with fish and other wildlife, a nature walk that goes around the whole community, and a tennis, basketball and soccer area for the families to play. For the younger generation there are also two playgrounds to hang out and various benches around the community to just stop and relax on.
