Located in Highlands Reserve, this vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool. There are two living rooms areas: a formal and informal living room. The small formal living room is at the front of the house and has two comfortable sofas and direct access to the pool area via glass patio doors. It’s the perfect place to sit down and have a quiet conversation with others. The second, larger living room area, the informal living room area, is located towards the back of the house. Here, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating, direct access to the pool area, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on the night before heading out to the parks. Enjoy cooking? If so, this kitchen has everything you’d need to put together tasty, home-cooked meals. It has stainless-steel appliances, plenty of countertop space, and it comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets/appliances. When it’s time to eat, you can do so in the formal dining area by the front door, which seats up to six people, or in the informal dining area by the kitchen, which seats up to six people. Fancy a place to cool off after a long day out at the parks? If so, head to the screened-in pool area at the back of the house. Here, you’ll find a large, refreshing pool to cool off in. There’s also a large pool deck area with sun loungers dotted around the area. For those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there’s a lanai with a couple of outdoor dining sets to sit around. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and has a king-size bed, a small seating area, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin/single beds. And the fourth bedroom also has two twin/single beds. All bedrooms have their own TV, so there won’t be any fighting over the TV remote. This house also has free Wi-Fi Internet and in-unit laundry facilities.
