Property Description:

Looking for a large vacation home that’s less than 10 miles from Disney? You’ve come to the right place. Located in Florida’s Highlands Reserve community, this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-storey vacation villa is perfect for large families or large groups. It sleeps up to 12 people!

As you walk through the front door of this villa, you’ll immediately notice the vaulted ceilings that run throughout the house. The formal lounge aka the conversation room is to your left. This is the perfect place to sit down and socialize with others. Just off the conversation room is the formal dining area which is a great place to eat for the special meals. Just behind the formal dining room suite is a patio door that connects that leads to the pool area (We’ll talk about the pool soon). Walk through the arched door, and you’re now in the kitchen. This kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. It’s large and open, has plenty of counterspace, and it comes fully-equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need to prepare a meal. When it comes time to eat, why not go casual and eat in the breakfast nook. Just off the kitchen and breakfast nook area is the informal living room. It has plenty of seating, and there is a large TV with DVD player and surround sound system. In case you’re thinking one TV won’t be enough, there are 6 TVs throughout the house: 1 in the living and 1 in each bedroom.

Now, let’s talk about the five bedrooms. Downstairs, there is on bedroom with two twin beds. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a large master bedroom wtih a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom, upstairs, each have a queen size bed. The final bedroom upstairs has two twin beds.

Now for the two best parts of the house: the games room and the private pool. The garage has been converted into a fun games room, which also has its own bar and 2 bar stools. Here, you can enjoy a game of pool or air hockey. Want some way to cool off from the Florida sun? There is a large pool and spa at the back of the house (optional heating available). A large deck area and a covered lanai surround the pool area. The lanai has its own fan and modern patio furniture, where you’ll be able to relax in comfort or do a little bit of alfresco dining.

The Highlands Reserve community is an ideal choice for your Orlando vacation rental home. This prestigious community is situated on US Highway 27 ideally located just off Highway 192 for easy access to all the major attractions. A Publix supermarket is conveniently found right next to Highlands Reserve and can even be reached without venturing onto Highway 27.
Highlands Reserve is a peaceful location set among beautiful pine trees and rolling countryside. Many homes back on to an 18-hole golf course or have conservation views in this sought after community. In addition to the obvious benefits of a superb championship golf course, the community also boasts its own clubhouse with restaurant, children’s playground, and a tennis court and community pool. Interstate 4 is just minutes away providing quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, and all the Central Florida attractions and Downtown Orlando as well.
