The interior layout features both formal and family lounges, a fully equipped, modern kitchen with granite counters and separate dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This villa sleeps 8 people comfortably. The home has Wi-Fi internet, cable TV programming, a 65” flat screen TV and Blu-ray / DVD in the family room, and a 50” TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is situated at the back of the home and has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Towards the front of the home, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and is located in a short hallway next to the second bathroom, which has a vanity, bath, and shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and is situated next to the second bathroom. Bedroom 4 is situated next to the master suite and has 2 single beds. A utility area with washer and dryer is located inside the 2-car garage and is accessed via an internal door from the kitchen. The garage has an automatic opening door. This home has a private enclosed pool, with pool blanket and heat available. The pool deck patio has furniture including table, 4 chairs and 3 loungers.

Wellington is located off US Highway 27 which can be reached from US Highway 192 or I-4 and is just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Wal-Mart is within a 5 minute drive and you will have easy access to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants on Highway 27 and Highway 192, factory outlets and the Florida Mall and Mall of Millennia.
Although Wellington is close to all the action, it retains its quiet and peaceful charm. Highlands Reserve Golf Club neighbors this development with a wide selection of other golf courses nearby, including Orange Lake Golf Club and Champions Gate. I-4 is just minutes away and provides easy access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast or Cocoa and Melbourne on the east coast.
