Overview

A great 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a wonderful gulf view from the lanai, master bedroom and balcony. This unit has completely upgraded bathroom, kitchen and beautiful tile flooring in the living areas. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and there are two twin bedrooms in the second bedroom. This unit is on the ground floor. There is also a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a full size bed in the lviing room that sleeps an additional 2 people. This unit sleeps up to 6 people.

This unit comes with cable TV. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, and all cups/glassware. All linens and towels are included, we also include starter toiletries which includes: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer liquid. It also has an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers.

Enjoy a cup of morning coffee from the screened in lanai or relax on the beach for the sunset! Gated community surrounded by the gulf on one side and Estero Bay on the other. Its amenities include a private fishing dock, private tennis courts, and large swimming pool that is only a few steps from the white sandy beaches.

**NOTE: Upon arrival to Seascape, you will be required to pay a $75.00 Registration / Parking Fee. This is mandatory and non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER: During season the months of January, February, and March.. this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.
