IPG Professional Management is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Chief Operating Officer.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field, e.g. Accountancy, Finance or
Business and must have a Master’s degree in relevant field.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE includes minimum 10/15 years’ experience as a Chief Operating Officer in a
multinational/global company, experience in the foreign licensee/franchise market place, experience of business
development in foreign markets, understanding of the global hospitality industry, knowledge of the UK, EU and US
markets, full understanding the Latin America market, experience of giving presentations at relevant Market
Trade Shows.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED include: experience in developing business relationships with all stakeholders in the
business, experience of originating business portfolio for foreign clients in the US, ability to develop
business relationships with potential investors, tour operators and related companies, an understanding of the
differences between the US and overseas industries and Business mindsets, and in depth knowledge of the Orlando
short term rental business and keep up with the regular changes, having an understanding of the Latin American
market is critical for the position, must speak fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese and some other language
is preferable (Italian and/or French preferred), travel experience and ability overseas and domestically to
attend international and national industry events and a prevent ability to organize, plan and prioritize. The
position includes the responsibility of running all the different offices of the company.
Salary offered is $252,907 per annum for a 40-hour week.
